Back once again with another patch. Sigh. Once again, thanks again to SomeBunny for pulling a lot of work on this one. Not too much to go over so I'll just throw everything into a big list:

• Fixed the Plasma ships alt fire being ludicrously fast for no reason
• Fixed Duct Tape and Reinforced plating not working
• Fixed certain Altar upgrades applying the Brutal Retaliation visuals
• Fixed the item inventory rendering over the options menu
• Updated some visuals on the options menu
• Reduced the amount of rain particles on Nautilica (Level 3)
• Reduced the Plasma ship's damage (8.5 -> 7)
• Slightly reduced Arachnatron's (Boss 2) health (2400 -> 2200)
